• You book, we collect and deliver. The job is only booked once you've accepted the quote and the time.

What's included?

• Base transport: Pickup and delivery between two addresses with our vehicle. Tell us where the vehicle can park at both addresses.
• Carrying assistance (optional): Two people help carry and load. Choose Transport with carrying assistance and give the floor and lift details – we confirm staffing once we've seen the items and access.
• Basic assembly (optional): Tell us if something needs taking apart or putting together. It's included in the quote, not in the base transport. Electrical and plumbing work are not included.
• What affects the price: Distance, floors without a lift, heavy or bulky items, waiting time and any assembly. We confirm everything in the quote.

Prepare for the pickup

• Measure the furniture, doorways and lift. Tell us about heavy or fragile parts.
• Empty cupboards and drawers and clear the way.
• Appliances must be emptied and safely disconnected.
• Give a contact person at both addresses.

Frequently asked questions

Can you collect just one sofa?

Yes. The service is for one or a few items. Add each item as its own row and give the floor and whether there is a lift at both addresses.

Can I get help carrying?

Yes, choose Transport with carrying assistance. We confirm staffing once we've seen the items and access.

Is the RUT deduction applied automatically?

No. We ask whether the transport is part of a move and assess any deduction separately.

Is the request a booking?

No. The date you choose is a preferred date, not a booked slot. We confirm price, scope and time before you book.

Do you remove old furniture?

No, not in this service. Furniture transport is for items being delivered for continued use.

Moving a whole home?

We are based in Skövde and also drive in Skaraborg, for example Tibro, Hjo, Tidaholm, Skara, Falköping, Mariestad, Lidköping, Götene, Töreboda, Karlsborg and Vara. Distance is counted from Skövde via pickup and delivery and back.
